Ruby Wedding celebration

Following VDC’s surprise performance at a Ruby Wedding celebration on Sunday, we received a really lovely email from the happy couple:

"Please let the chorus know we think you are 'ace'. It really did look as though you were having as good a time performing as we were listening to you, and the accolades from our guests were universal! The two choristers among us were equally impressed as the others, and I even had a request for your contact details, so another booking may be forthcoming later in the year.

The music selection not only worked perfectly for the occasion, it was also delivered perfectly and with such genuine enthusiasm my eyes were wet once again, no, make that thrice. And you pulled off the 'flash mob' opening most convincingly – well done.

I hope we have the pleasure of listening to you again some day; you were certainly top ambassadors for your art today!
