Vocal Dimension live at the Capel Music Festival

We had a great time performing at the Capel Music Festival on Saturday 8th June 2013. Crowds had flocked to the grounds of the Treetops Recording Studios where the festival was held, taking advantage of the glorious sunshine and sampling the delights of the wares on offer – which included strawberry-flavoured cider and henna tattoos!

Lavish picnics were set out and, for those who wanted to cool down, there was even an outdoor swimming pool. There was a variety of music to suit all tastes, ranging from rock bands to acoustic harmony from ‘None the Wiser’, featuring our very own Nicky Blumfield and Jules Crow.

When it was our turn to showcase our talents we treated the audience to a selection of our favourite songs, including ‘Holding Out For a Hero’ and ‘Straighten Up and Fly Right’.

A great afternoon was had by all and we are pleased to have been part of this event helping to raise over £4,500 for St Catherine's Hospice. And who knows, perhaps it won't be the last time that VDC are in the vicinity of a recording studio...watch this space!
