On 8th -10th May 2015 Vocal Dimension went to compete in the Sweet Adelines Region 31 Convention which gives ladies barbershop choruses a chance to strut their stuff on the stage.
It took place at the Royal Concert Hall in Nottingham and wow…what a weekend it was!
Here’s what we did: loads of talking and laughing, some serious rehearsal, a huge amount of cheering for our quartet, Four Effect’s début, quite a lot of crying and shrieking when we won a gold medal and even more when our little chorus came 4th overall, plenty of celebrating in the bar afterwards with loads of impromptu performances and, best of all, watching peoples’ jaws drop and eyes fill up when we sang some of our songs!
And what’s more we have officially qualified for Las Vegas 2016! We are absolutely over the moon and cannot wait to get started on our Vegas package.

We are absolutely thrilled to announce that we will be competing in the Harmony Classic Division A competition in
Las Vegas in 2016! Such a huge honour to be able to sing on that wonderful International stage again! We can't hardly wait to begin our preparations...this is going to be so much fun!
