With an enormous Christmas tree as a backdrop, we sang a mixture of festive songs and other pieces from our repertoire to an appreciative audience which included the Mayor of Reigate and Banstead.
The acoustics in the Holbein Hall were amazing and we even managed to "buzz" the
strings of the grand piano with our ringing chords!
The audience joined in the carol singing, then we all retired for mince pies and
wine - a perfect end to a wonderfully festive evening. |
