Autumn Concert to celebrate 15 years of Vocal Dimension

4th October 2025 saw us mark 15 years of Vocal Dimension with a joyful autumn concert at St Mary’s Church, Reigate.

Members old and new took our audience on a trip down memory lane, introducing a wide range of songs from over the years and sharing the significance these have had in shaping VDC.

Our second half opened with our first ever composer-in-residence and pianist Willow Rivers, who played two of her own very moving compositions, Woman of the River and WILD. It was then time to premiere We Are Music, a triumphant and heartfelt celebration of what it means to be part of VDC. This new composition, written for us by Willow, was inspired by our members’ feedback and Willow’s observations of our rehearsals. It was the most perfect 15th birthday present we could have wished for!

We were also delighted to welcome the Mayor of the Borough of Reigate and Banstead and the Mayoress as guests, who said, “What a fabulous evening. So much talent and joy.” They loved it so much they have already accepted an invitation to our Christmas Concert on 2nd December 2025!
